Key Holding

We will hold three sets of keys to your property in a locked key safe on our premises.

All keys are coded without your address.


Inventory and Property Inspection

We will carry out a preliminary inspection of your property and produce a full inventoryofthecontents.Acopyofthisreportandinventorywillbesuppliedto you.

All keys are coded without your addressWe will visit and inspect your property every month when vacant and carry out the following services:

Airing of theproperty

Flushing of toilets andtaps

Cycling Air conditioning or Heating asrequired

Security check of windows anddoors

Check electrical appliances areworking

Check security system is operating iffitted

Check for insectinfestation

Check fordamp

Check for WaterLeaks

Water plants inside andout.


Meet and Greet Service

Following any bookings you receive either via us or from other sources, as soon as we have the guests details we take over for you.

We contact them directly and supply their arrival details etc.

We then meet your guests on their arrival at your property and issue them with their keys and our contact telephone number in case of emergencies.

We will also give your guests a tour of your property and instructions on the working of TV/Sat, Air conditioning/Heating etc.


Full End of Stay Cleaning & Laundry

Following their departure we will fully inspect the property for any damages and compile are port as required that will be sent to you. Any damage found will also be photographed and included in your report.

We will then carry out the following duties.

Strip and re-make allbeds

Fully Clean and sanitize allbathrooms

Replace all used towels andT-Towels ( if stains not go of we replace the towel and will be invoiced to you)

Replace Toiletrolls.

Fully clean kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer,microwave

Clean all kitchen cupboards and worktops

Remove and dispose of any opened produce left byguests

Sanitisebins

Polish allfurniture

Wash and or vacuum allfloors

Clean windows inside and out (wherepossible)

Cleanmirrors

Sweep outsideareas

Replaceanyblownlightbulbs.(Invoicedseparatelyasrequired)

Launder one set of bedding per bed, laundertowels.


Please note, the following items are not included and if they require our attention, we will advise you. The cost of carrying out the following services will be invoiced to you.

Cleaning of B-B-Q’s 10 > 25 depending on size and condition left in.

Bedspreads 10 > 20 Euros depending on size andcondition.

Blankets 5 > 10 Euros depending on size andcondition.

Throws 5 > 10 Euros depending on size andcondition.


All cleaning products we require to carry out a thorough clean of your property are included in the package and will not be charged extra to you.
